Valentine's Day

We had a very low key Valentine's Day. Daddy came down with a nasty flu bug so you and I played together while he relaxed on the couch. We had a lot of fun playing with the balloons I brought home for you and daddy. This was the first time you'd seen a balloon so it was fun watching your reaction. You didn't know what to think at first. We'd get it close enough to where you could touch it and you'd reach out to grab it but instead push it away. It would come back at you and you'd jump. You kept doing this over and over just staring at this enormous balloon. Then you got your hands on the string and loved it. Finally you could grab something and bring it to your mouth! I love watching you grow and explore new things!!
